Fuhai Holding is one of the first domestic enterprises whose refined oil products have meet up the China VI standard and also the first private chemical enterprise whose business has covered the whole industry chain from research & development to crude oil extraction, production, logistics to terminal retails.

Relying on the two major production bases, Hualian Petrochemical and Lianhe Petrochemical, we adopt international leading technology to process and produce high-end and high-quality gasoline and diesel products that are "fuel-saving, dynamic, and clean". We have more than 2,000 hazardous chemical transportation vehicles, a multimodal transportation system integrating highway, waterway, railway, and pipeline, and a real-time visual control system that monitors the whole process of logistics, which ensures the safe and efficient circulation of energy and chemicals. Now our sales coverage has reached 31 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the central government and over 200 prefecture-level cities, and we have more than 7,000 long-term big customers. Our sales have been growing rapidly for years in key regions such as Hebei, Shanxi, Shandong, Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, and Henan, and our market share have remaining in the leading position in the industry.

In order to always meet the customers’ demand for high quality, we implement the ESCI whole-process dynamic quality control mode that aims to meet both quality and environmental goals, and we utilize information technologies like LIMS and Fuhai Jiayou to realize the quality control over and the tracing of the whole chain of refined oil products from raw materials, production, wholesale, transportation, warehousing, retail, etc. The internal control standards we adopt are much higher than the national standards; the key technical indicators of our refined oil products surpass what’s required by national standards; 22 of our environmental protection quality indicators fill the gap in national standards; and 20 of the indicators are higher than what’s required by national standards. In 2017 and 2020 respectively, we released and started to implement the first group standards in China - the Energy-saving and Clean Vehicle Gasoline and the Funeng High-efficiency Vehicle Diesel.
